LLC "Maydon Tech" (Maydon)
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to information that LLC "Maydon Tech" (Maydon) may obtain about a licensee who has accepted the license agreement offer (hereinafter referred to as the "User") while using the Maydon service in the form of a mobile and web application, as well as any other software, products, and services provided by LLC "Maydon Tech" (hereinafter referred to as the "Maydon Services").
The Policy applies only to the Maydon Service and does not control or take responsibility for third-party websites/services that the User may access via links available in the Maydon Service, including information processed by third parties about the User.
All terms and definitions not specified in this Policy are provided in other agreements/contracts that govern the provision and use of the Maydon Service by the User.
Using the Maydon Service signifies the User's unconditional agreement with this Policy and the terms of processing their personal information outlined herein; if the User disagrees with these terms, they must refrain from using the Maydon Service.
1. User Information Collected and Processed by Maydon
1.1. Under this Policy, User information includes:
1.1.1. Any information the User provides about themselves during registration in the Maydon Service or while using the Maydon Service, including personal data transmitted during the execution of any agreements between Maydon and the User.
1.1.2. Data automatically transmitted to Maydon during the use of the Maydon Service via software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie information (text files stored in the User's browser), browser information (or other software used to access the Maydon Service), access time, and requested page address.
1.1.2.1. When using the Maydon Service, the following anonymized statistical data is automatically collected (via cookies):
- Date and time of action;
- Page URL;
- Referrer;
- IP (without IP address processing in statistics);
- User-Agent;
- ClientID (browser identifier via cookies);
- Screen resolution;
- HTML element class clicked;
- Search queries;
- Service usage details, including enabled/disabled features;
- Error reports with detailed device information (model, manufacturer, etc.);
- Data on form submissions/requests in the Maydon Service, including errors during completion.
1.1.2.2. By using any service provided by Maydon, the User agrees that Maydon may use statistical data and cookies for subsequent processing by systems and may transfer this data to third parties for research, work, or services for Maydon. Users can manage cookies by changing browser settings on their device. Changes that block cookies may result in certain Maydon Service components being unavailable.
1.1.3. Maydon may obtain publicly available information when the User interacts with third-party resources (e.g., chats/forms/social networks). This data may include information the User publishes, such as comments or reviews about the Maydon Service. Maydon uses this information to improve customer service quality.
1.1.4. Maydon may also process certain data (e.g., IP address, device identifier) to detect and/or prevent actions using the Maydon Service that violate legal requirements or this Policy.
1.1.5. Maydon may receive information about the User from its contractors and/or partners.
1.1.6. Location data and device function access:
1.1.6.1. Geolocation: When using the Maydon Service, the application may request access to the User's device location data (if the User grants permission in the operating system settings), including:
- Precise location (GPS) for navigation, accurate parking zone determination, and parking services;
- Approximate location (via network/Wi-Fi data) for relevant content and Maydon Service features;
- Background location for active user sessions, geofencing, and related scenarios.
1.1.6.2. Location data is processed solely to ensure the functionality of the Maydon Service features specified in clause 1.1.6.1 and is not used for other purposes not outlined in this Policy.
1.1.6.3. Camera: The application may request access to the User's device camera (with the User's permission) for:
- Scanning QR codes;
- Taking photos related to parking operations and specific Maydon Service features.
1.1.6.4. Biometrics: To simplify account access/functions, the Maydon application may use the device's biometric authentication mechanisms (Face ID/Touch ID/fingerprint) if technically available and enabled by the User.
1.1.6.5. Biometric data is not collected, stored, or processed by Maydon. Biometric data processing is performed by the User's device operating system. The application only receives the verification result (success/failure).
1.1.6.6. User Control: The User can manage permissions granted to the Maydon application for location, camera, and/or biometrics via device settings. Restricting or revoking these permissions may result in certain Maydon Service features being unavailable or malfunctioning.
2. Purposes of Collecting and Processing Personal Information
2.1. Maydon collects and stores only the information necessary to provide the Maydon Service or fulfill the license agreement with the User, except where mandatory collection and storage of specific personal information is required by law. Personal information is stored no longer than necessary for processing purposes unless a longer retention period is required by Uzbek law or the Maydon Service usage policy.
2.2. User personal data may be used by Maydon for the following purposes:
- Fulfillment of agreements with Maydon and contracts with Maydon's contractors, including User identification/simplified identification and enabling access to all Maydon services;
- Communication with the User, including notifications, requests, and information about the Maydon Service, as well as processing User inquiries and forwarding them to Maydon's contractors;
- Improving the Maydon Service, developing new services, and offering personalized services;
- Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;
- Marketing campaigns, including offers to participate in promotions initiated by Maydon and its partners, and distributing advertising materials via electronic communication networks;
- Preventing actions using the Maydon Service that violate legal requirements or this Policy;
- Supporting location-based services, including navigation, parking zone determination, and geofencing;
- Enabling camera-based functions like QR code scanning and photo-taking for parking operations;
- Providing secure and simplified authentication using biometric mechanisms without collecting or processing biometric data.
3. Conditions for Processing and Transferring User Personal Information
3.1. Maydon processes User information in accordance with this Policy, specific service terms, and internal regulations.
3.2. User information is treated as confidential.
3.3. Maydon may transfer User information to third parties in the following cases:
- The User consents to such actions;
- Transfer is necessary for using the Maydon Service or a partner service;
- Transfer is required by law or to protect Maydon's or third-party rights.
4. User Rights to Modify, Delete, or Access Personal Information
4.1. Users can modify or delete information provided in the Maydon Service. Consent withdrawal must be submitted in writing to info@maydongroup.com.
4.2. Users have the right to access their personal information and request details about its processing.
5. Measures to Protect User Personal Information
5.1. Maydon implements organizational and technical measures to protect User information from unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, or distribution.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
6.1. Maydon may propose changes to this Policy by publishing a new version. Continued use of the Maydon Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
