Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I hereby consent to the use of all personal data provided by me, including:

• Full name (first name, last name, patronymic);
• Contact phone number;
• Email address;
• Personal Identification Number (PIN);
• Device location data (precise and/or approximate location), provided that the User grants the necessary permission;
• Technical data of the device and application (IP address, device identifiers, cookie data, system activity information);
• Information about the services of the "Maydon" Service used and selected;
• Images obtained using the device's camera while performing functions of the "Maydon" Service (including scanning QR codes and performing parking operations);
• Other personal information necessary for using the functional capabilities of the "Maydon" Service.

Purpose of Processing

Processing is carried out by LLC "Maydon Tech" for the purpose of:

• Executing agreements with LLC "Maydon Tech" (trademark "Maydon") and agreements concluded with Maydon's Partners, including for the purpose of identifying/simplifying the identification of the Client and providing the Client with access to the "Maydon" service;
• Communications. Establishing contact with the Client, including sending notifications, requests, and information related to the use of the "Maydon" Service/provision of services by Maydon, as well as processing requests and applications from the Client, including their subsequent transfer to Maydon's contractors for execution;
• Improving the quality of the "Maydon" Service, enhancing its usability, developing new "Maydon" Services, and offering the Client a personalized "Maydon" Service;
• Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;
• Conducting marketing campaigns for Clients, including distributing offers to participate in promotions initiated by Maydon jointly with Partners/contractors and receiving prizes/rewards provided by the promotion; distributing advertising and informational materials via electronic communication networks, including through telephone, fax, mobile radio communication, or direct contact; targeting advertising materials and other information communicated to Clients;
• Preventing conditions that facilitate actions using the "Maydon" system that violate legal requirements or agreements;
• Ensuring the operation of services that use Client location data, including navigation, accurate determination of parking zones, geofence functionality, support for active user sessions, and providing relevant content within the "Maydon" Service;
• Ensuring the operation of functions that use the Client's device camera, including scanning QR codes and creating photos necessary for performing parking operations and using specific functions of the "Maydon" Service;
• Ensuring secure and simplified Client authentication using the device's biometric identification mechanisms (Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint) without obtaining, storing, or processing biometric data by LLC "Maydon Tech."

Data Processing Methods

I agree that LLC "Maydon Tech" collects and processes my personal data through actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automated means or without such means, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

Your Rights

I understand my rights provided under Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data," specifically my right to obtain information regarding the processing of my personal data, including:

• Confirmation of the fact of personal data processing;
• The grounds and purposes of personal data processing;
• The methods used for personal data processing;
• The name and location of the operator, as well as information about individuals (except for the operator's employees) who have access to personal data or to whom personal data may be disclosed based on a contract with the operator or by law;
• The composition of personal data being processed, related to the respective subject of personal data, and the source of its acquisition, unless another procedure for providing such data is established by law;
• The terms of personal data processing, including storage periods;
• The procedure for exercising the rights of the personal data subject as provided by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data";
• Information about the completed or intended cross-border transfer of data.

Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I can withdraw my Consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedure established by the Privacy Policy of LLC "Maydon Tech" for withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data.

I confirm my consent to receive notifications, advertisements, and informational messages via electronic communication means (email, SMS, etc.) from LLC "Maydon Tech."
